Always on the hunt for something new and delicious, our chef’s bring you some of their favourite combinations of food that will make your mouth water and enchant your taste buds.

Each day we rotate our chef specials menu, so please check with the restaurant for our specials of the day.

Prawn au gratin
Deshelled prawns cooked in a creamy garlic sauce, topped with cheese and baked in the wood burning ovens.

Strips of beef, onion, green pepper & calamata olives cooked in a prego sauce served with rice.
